I wanted to thank you for the services provided on our recent trip to Bologna. We enjoyed our visits to Ravenna, Mantua, Ferrara, Modena and Parma. Our guide Flavia was excellent – knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, and fun to be with.
Since I have retired, my future travel plans are very uncertain. But if I travel to Italy in the future I will continue to work with you. Please extend my personal thanks to Flavia, Cecelia Martini, Tiziana Mengarelli and Federica Fresch who have enhanced my love of the culture and people of Italy.
