Dear Andrea,
I hope that you enjoyed a wonderful Christmas!  I just spoke to Mrs. Baker about their trip to Rome.  She could NOT have been more complimentary of her driver and guide provided by Pallenberg Bros.  She went on and on about how wonderful everything was!  They loved their guide and were amazed at the amount of knowledge that she had about everything.  Thank you for everything that you did to make their trip a fabulous success!
